Internet Service Terms and Conditions
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which AIR FIBR Wireless Internet Services ("Provider") agrees to provide internet service to the customer ("Client").________________________________________
Contract Duration

•    The service is subject to a 6-month contract, starting from the date of installation.
Security Deposit
•    The Client agrees to pay a security deposit equivalent to one (1) month of the selected subscription plan at the time of service activation. This deposit will be held as security against unpaid bills, service misuse, or damages to Prosvider equipment.
Monthly Service Fee

•    The Client agrees to pay their monthly subscription plan, due every month on or before the agreed billing date.    
 Non-Payment Policy

•    If the Client fails to pay for two (2) consecutive months, the Provider reserves the right to:
o    Disconnect the service; and
o    Pull out the installed device(s) on the third month without further notice.
Early Termination

•    If the Client chooses to terminate the contract before the 6-month period, all unpaid dues until the end of the contract must be settled.
Ownership

•    All equipment provided by the Provider remains Provider’s property unless fully paid under a separate purchase agreement.
